By using Rachei — whether through Telegram or the web dashboard — you agree to the terms below. They are intentionally short and in plain English.

What the service does

Rachei is a tool for recording and splitting expenses inside Telegram groups. It is not a financial institution, does not process payments, and does not move money — it only computes who owes whom. Any actual transfer happens between the people involved.

Your account

Sign-in is via Telegram: your Telegram account is the proof of identity. There is no password. Keep your Telegram secure — anyone who has it has access to the bot. Web sessions last 30 days and can be ended at any time via Sign out.

Submitted content

You are responsible for the content of the messages you send. Do not use the bot to record data that isn't yours or that breaks the law. Abusive or fraudulent behavior is grounds for blocking the account.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". We try hard, but occasional downtime or calculation errors are possible. Verify important balances before settling — if there is a discrepancy, your bank statement wins, not the bot. We are not liable for losses arising from improper use.

Changes to these terms

If anything changes substantially — pricing, scope, jurisdiction — we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, here in the dashboard and via the bot. Continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance.
